At Mister Veg, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of frozen, perishable, and food products, we follow a strict yet fair return policy.
Returns
We do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in the following cases:
• Damaged product received
• Wrong product delivered
• Product expired at the time of delivery
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• Clear images or videos of the product must be shared
• The product must be unused and in original packaging
Refund Process
• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
• COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer
Non-Refundable Items
• Products damaged due to customer mishandling
• Delays caused by incorrect address or unavailability of customer
• Taste preference or change of mind
Order Cancellation
• Orders can be canceled before dispatch only
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

Cancellation Policy
An easy cancellation process is available for all our esteemed customers. You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
